Osteopathy is a well-established and highly regarded complementary medical treatment. It is system of diagnosis and manual therapy mainly used to treat musculoskeletal problems. Osteopathy is particularly successful for long standing, recurring or difficult pain problems that have not responded to other treatments.

Adrian qualified in osteopathy and physiotherapy from the British School of Osteopathy in London and the Lincoln Institute, School of Physiotherapy here in Melbourne. He has 30 years experience in musculoskeletal problems using an osteopathic approach to manual therapy.
He helped establish Brighton Spinal and Sports Medicine Clinic in 1985 and is also involved in supervising and teaching osteopathic students. Adrian enjoys all aspects of his work and has a special interest in reoccurring headaches and head symptoms, chronic low back pain including Coccydynia (tailbone pain), persistent ankle and foot injuries. |

Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Australia in 1976, and did his Osteopathic training at the International Colleges of Osteopathy Ltd (Sydney) Graduating in 1984. He has practiced Osteopathy in Sydney (3 years), Byron Bay (10 years) and since July 2002 at the Brighton Clinic.
He has a strong background in manual therapy applying this experience to spinal and limb problems alike. He adds simple exercises to his treatment of most problems. |

Dr Bridget Easdon has completed a 5-year double degree of Bachelor of Science (Clinical Science) and a Masters in Health Science (Osteopathy) at Victoria University. She has always had a strong interest in the functioning of the human body, and this is what led her to pursue a career in Osteopathy.
She enjoys the diagnositc process of identifying the cause of musculoskeletal complaints as well as the treatment and management of each client as an individual.
Bridget has had additional training in Clinical Pilates instruction and likes to incorporate Pilates principles into the management of musculoskeletal conditions.
Bridget has a strong background in dance and continues to pursue this passion in her spare time. |

Dr Kate Harkin originally completed a five year double degree of Bachelor of Clinical Science (Osteopathy) and a Masters of Health Science at Victoria University in Melbourne. Since graduating she has a wide range of experience practising in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Internationally in London and Dublin, specialising in Women’s Health care. In addition she has held lecturing positions in Osteopathic Universities in Sydney (University of Western Sydney), Melbourne (Victoria University) and London (British School of Osteopathy).
Kate is an experienced Osteopath specialising in pre/post natal and Women’s Health care. Osteopathy is a form of minimal intervention, manual treatment, using techniques such as soft tissue massage, stretching, cranial, articulation and manipulation of muscles, joints, ligaments and organs (eg; bladder, bowel, uterus etc). |
