PilatesFit is a non-clinical group fitness class.

Designed and run by Osteopath Anna Greenwood, PilatesFit is for core, posture, strength and endurance with a combination of pilates and gym matwork exercises using weights, therabands and balls.

You don’t need to be fit to start off with, as all abilities are catered for. However, if you do have any musculoskeletal issues, you need to have the all-clear from your physiotherapist or osteopath to participate in this non-clinical pilates class.

The classes are kept small, with a maximum of 6 in each.

They run for 50 minutes:

Monday 2pm

Thursday 8am
